I am a certified member of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) based in Boston having studied at the Board Certified Martin Kiely Hypnosis Centre in Cork. The NGH is a 12,000 member strong guild and is one of the few organisations in the world which has its own Code of Ethics for the protection of the client. I am also a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, licensed through the Irish Institute of NLP. 
A former Quality Manager, I have 20 years lecturing experience and have been a Life coach for a number of years now, working with mature students returning to education. I have a Masters in the Management of Education  and a Masters in Technology.
I am  a licensed Homoepath registered with the Irish Society of Homoeopaths having studied for at the Irish College of Homoeopathic  Medicine. I have also done continuous professional training in Homoeopathy at the George Vithoulkas International School, Alonnisos, Greece. 
My hybrid background in Homoeopathy, NLP, Hypnosis, Life coaching and Education allows me to approach health issues (mental, emotional and physical problems) in a holistic way. I empower my clients to tackle all kinds of issues, including lack of confidence, anxiety, fears and phobias.
